IF you cannot go without food for 24 hours then I suggest you EAT ONLY FRUIT for 24 hours to lessen the withdraw feelings for the next steps.

You will have moments of deep detoxification where you may feel worse, but when your body swings the other direction you will notice how much better you are feeling. Nobody said getting healthier was easy at first. But I will say it is worth the short term pains you may experience!

When your ready proceed to a 24 hour 0 foods consumption fast let’s begin. This fast means no food or drinks of any well except for clean filtered water! Some call this a water only fast. These are my favorite because the mental clarity it brings. My skin heals. Hair grows twice as fast. My eyes and teeth whiten! I always feel like I’m much younger.

This next step is for the more disciplined. Or the ones THAT ARE SERIOUSLY TIRED OF BEING SICK AND ALWAYS FEELING BAD.

This may or not be easy, but will always do you good. Short term you may feel weaker. But that is part of the process. You will feel MUCH stronger after this.

You are going to not eat anything for 36 hours. NOTHING! Then when you start to eat, you will only eat fruit like an organic mango or watermelon or apple… you get the point. Eating only fruit for the next 3 days afterwards. YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING!!! LIKE THE BEST YOU CAN EVER EVEN IMAGINE.

I am Dane and I am the person you see as SoilConnection. If you have seen my videos, then you know how passionate I am about you growing your own food, connecting with nature, and ultimately living a healthy lifestyle.

I grew up outside of Austin, Texas. It was there in central Texas that I was introduced to health early in life because a close family member had many health conditions. Suffering from chronic pain after a herniated disc, he continually searched for a means to get get rid of the chronic pain and become healthy again. He tried every supplement, saw MDs, DOs, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and massage therapists. While each in its own way helped him to cope with the pain, his condition never got better, but over time grew much worse. Meanwhile, we as a family did religiously what we were told was “healthy”; that is, we ate moderately “healthy” and stayed active by exercising and working out with weights. But we really had no clue as to what “healthy” really meant! And as a family, we still ate a lot of conventional and processed foods thinking they were not so bad.

When I was a teenager, I started learning about the importance of organic and raw foods. At some point, we cut out most conventional junk food, dairy, and hormone-laden meats, and started cooking with organic ingredients. When I did this, I knew that I felt better. All of us were less bloated and inflamed. But, in all honesty, my family was not well off and I was a teenager with little money, so I started learning how to grow my own food.

The fact that I was feeling better physically and mentally is what really started my obsession with gardening and learning about the human body. I loved learning about gardening and it has been a consistent practice that I have been pursuing for over 15 years now.

I finally found the solutions to healing my family member through corrective diet, proper fasting, and minerals that I found helped me be my best self.

Since I started this journey, I have learned so much on health, gardening, and self-reliance. It all connects back to nature.

I now fully comprehend what it means to provide for oneself and take positive actions which are incredibly liberating, healing, and fun! It is so satisfying to be able to pick a strawberry that you planted, or watch a pineapple ripen in your front yard.

Thus, I decided to help teach others how to do what I do, and to show a different perspective on life because I believe that the more people who take responsibility for the world we live in, the faster we can make it better. We are all connected and, therefore, must bring each other up and help each other. The current model at work in the world clearly does not help foster health, liberty, and happiness. I fully believe; together we truly can do anything!
